"Easy check in process, it took about 30 mins of queuing, that was ok as there were lots of people
Staff extremely helpful. Unfortunately I forgot to book the carpark.
It's a must I won't forget again, although there is a very good underground carpark opposite for a very reasonable price. *€8/day
Apartment was great, big enough for the two of us.
It came with all you would need for a week's skiing.
It is literally a few minutes to the slopes, ideal with children.

"Qualité/Prix très satisfaisant. Logement spacieux, balcon compris superbe pour profiter de la Vue et de l'exterieure. Cuisine moderne tout équipée. Proche des p'tis commerces et des activités. Superbes rando à faire aux alentours. Un +++ grâce à sa piscine chauffée et son spa ! Nous avons adoré y séjourner. "

"The apartment was not as the pictures described it on the website, very misleading. Kids bedroom with no windows and had black mold on the ceiling
There was also no window in the bathroom and extractor fan did not work, so also had black mold
Toilet sink had come away from wall, the shelf was propped up with bits of paper
The kitchen had kick boards missing, the fridge didn’t work properly and was generally old and tired looking
The second night (Sunday) there was a big party in the room...

"Good value for money. I do feel that basic cleaning products, hand wash, etc, should be provided. Cleanliness not the best. A bit dusty. Drain in shower was blocked. Bad smell. I had to clean the drain which was filthy and full of hair. Informed reception. Very quick to sort it out however as someone came up quickly to take a look. Unfortunately the smell returned within 2 days. So if you concentrate on this in future, I would not fault it. Despite being huge and full of guests, it was also...
