"I was very surprised that there was not a complementary breakfast. As I was showering in the morning, I found a washcloth hanging over my shower curtain from a previous person’s stay. As this hotel was connected to a casino when I came home Friday evening from visiting my relatives I had to park significantly far away from the front door of the hotel. That was a safety issue for me."

"The doors were all broken and just stayed opened. There is no elevator on the property. The breakfast is poor in that it’s just cereal and waffles. The outlet placement in the room is bizarre, like right over the headboard. The manager didn’t even tell us what time breakfast was-I was supposed to read it on the key card. "My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. During my stay, I found a cockroach in my room, which made me feel uncomfortable and unable to sleep for the rest of the night. What made the situation even worse was that management completely ignored my messages and failed to follow up or offer any meaningful resolution. Cleanliness and customer service are basic expectations, and this hotel failed in both areas. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience"
