"The hotel is a fantastic place to stay for families visiting Osaka. We were travelling with two young children, and the staff were very friendly and assitive throughout the stay. The hotel has a games room with games for all ages, and a fun quest activity to find a hidden room in the hotel. Nice abd close to attractions such as Kuromon Market, Sennachimae Kitchen Street, and not too far from Dotonbori. Several train lines nearby make accessing the rest of Osaka easy. Multiple food options nearby...

"期待以上に大大満足でした。築浅という事で、全体的にすごく清潔でしたし、とにかくお部屋が広かったです。冷蔵庫も一人暮らサイズ、バルミューダのレンジも完備！ドラム洗濯機もあり、旅行先のお部屋で洗濯する事がこんなにも快適なのか！と感じました。液体洗剤も頂けますし、ハンガーや、洗濯バサミなども完備！もう少し干す場所があると更に良しって感じですが、それでも翌朝には全部乾いていました。シャワーもダブルヘッドで水圧もサイコー！トイレも広い。コンビニも歩いて数分、駅からもゆっくり歩いても10.15分くらいで到着する位置にあり、交通面も言うことなし。スタッフの皆さんも本当に親切で、お願い事も快く対応してくださり、終始快適なホテルライフをenjoyすることができました。観光名所でもある『難波神社』も徒歩15秒で到着、その隣のお蕎麦屋さんも美味しい！観光で疲れた体と心がしっかりゆっくり休まる♡そんなホテルでした！ありがとうございました！"

"We booked two of the family lofts and they were a very good size compared to other hotels in the area. Juso station is very well connected for the Hankyu line, since all trains stop at Juso. We were able to get directly to Kyoto and Kobe without transferring. Transfer is required to get downtown Osaka but overall well situated. "

"This hotel was sooo nice. It was really clean, nice and spacious and we liked that the bedroom closed off from the living area. I liked that the toilet was separate to the main bathroom and had a nice deep bath to relax in after all the walking. It was really close to two train stations, one only a few minutes walk away, and close to a 7/11. It was also within walking distance to Shinsaibashi shops and Dotonbori was walkable too. The staff were super friendly and always took the time to see...

"難波で観光をする為に家族で利用しました。ホテルや部屋に入る時はパスコード入力、チェックイン、アウトにQRコードをかざす等便利でした。(事前にホテルからメールが来る) お部屋も広くて内装も綺麗でした。駅から近いしコンビニもあるので便利！(裏にあるお店のたこ焼きが美味しかったです)また大阪に行く時は家族で利用したいと思います。 ※初めて部屋のドアを開ける時、扉が重くてなかなか開かずちょっと焦りました。"

"Excellent option for our trip. More an apartment than a traditional hotel. But suited our needs. Large room with sitting area so plenty of room for cases.
