"Clean and attentive service. lots of amenities and food options across the hotel including a family mart and lawson. close walk to the subway. didn’t do breakfast or meals because there’s so much to tokyo. multi lingual staff are great and luggage service was reassuring"

"I really liked this hotel. But the extra fees and children not being aloud at the pool were unexpected. Our daughter was very disappointed about not being aloud at the pool. I wish these things were more clear. But the rooms and service were great."
