"Great hotel"

"Our only disappointment was the room. We were given the furthest ground-floor room, 101, and if we stayed again I wouldn’t accept it. However, if you prefer a closed-in garden view then this location might suit you. Personally, we didn’t enjoy it. My review reflects my personal preference. We had no issues with the other areas of the hotel. In fact, the location was great, right next to the ropeway (cable car station) and at the start and end of the Ashi Lake tour."

"Top tier hotel! It is modern, immaculate, with service beyond expectations! The speedway theme combined with traditional Japanese amenities makes it outstanding! I should have stayed longer!"

"Everything was perfect except the master bedroom was too bright due to natural light windows without blinds."

"The public baths and amenities were AWESOME! However there were a group of tourists who didn’t know how to behave. Please READ and OBSERVE all rules before entering. If you and your family/friends are unable to do very base protocols, then stay away from public baths. Your type of inappropriate behaviours create negative emotions about tourists and will get the good tourist banned."
