"AC didn’t work, man at front counter during check in was rude, didn’t want to accept my credit card, after a quick call to the manager he was told to take my card, his response to me was “you’ll get your refund when you get it”. Anything I asked him or said to him seemed to be a major inconvenience, I guess it cut into his game time on his phone. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean."
