"J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Ma chambre était propre, bien agencée et spacieuse. Je suis arrivée à 3h du matin et j'ai reçu un bon service. Il est situé à moins de 5 minutes de marche de restaurants et de magasins. Une crème anti-moustique était fournie. Le seul hic, c'est que quand on les contactent via la messagerie Expedia, ils ne répondent pas. C'est frustrant surtout que je savais que j'allais arriver dans la nuit et que j'avais vraiment besoin de réponse."

"Wir waren dort 2 Nächte bevor wir auf Safari gingen. Das Restaurant ist okay. Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es a la carte-Essen, was uns gefiel. Wir konnten immer einen Platz am Feuer reservieren. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und auf der Terrasse für zwei Räume gab es leider nur einen Tisch und zwei Stühle für beide. Der Fluss hatte Mitte Mai noch kein Wasser, sodass man aufs trockene Flussbett guckt. "

"This was a beautiful hidden Inn, the outside appearance does not do it nearly as much justice as it deserves. The interior was modern, well kept and up to date. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a private lounge, and kitchen which was very handy. Its a great place for families travelling together. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Only issue we had was the water from the taps was a bit yellow so it wasnt safe to drink."

"The sink had no plumbing traps, so it smelled like a sewer if you hadn't used the sink for a while. The lock to the door was really hard to both lock and unlock. I stayed in two different rooms, one didn't have the possibility to lock the bathroom. No restaurant within walking distance and no possibility to make your own food except for a water boiler. Really low level of sounds proofing. The staff was really friendly and helpful though 😊"

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA!!!! The hotel exists but states they do not have a contract with Expedia. We showed up to our pre-paid booking confirmed by Expedia and the hotel told us that our booking didn’t exist due to not having an agreement with Expedia. "WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RESERVATION. A member of my party arrived on the check in date with the confirmation from Hotels.com. The concierge informed them there was no record of the reservation and that the KESMO LODGE DOES NOT WORK WITH HOTELS.COM. Hotels.com worked with me to resolve the issue, but the Kesmo Lodge was completely absent and not part of the solution. "

"Good value good WiFi. Should turn on air con one hour before guest arrival though if this is known ahead of time. Super helpful staff. Pictures of pool should be downplayed in advert because it is small IRL. "
