On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. "Stayed here on a room only basis for 5 nights. A short stroll to the park entrances and a variety of shops and restaurants to chose from on the way. The hotel room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was spotless with a very powerful shower over the bath. The bed was very comfortable and our room was in a very quiet part of the hotel. Facilities within the hotel were great and the indoor/outdoor swimming pool was available if you needed a break from the parks. Overall we had a very great stay at this hotel and the staff were attentive and pleasant every time we interacted with them."

"Lovely hotel with pool close to Disneyland. Reception check-in was quick & friendly. Hallways smelt lovely and looked clean. Room looked fab, If I was being picky, couple of stars were lost for large coffee stain on carpet in the room that probably could have been removed and dust along the bottoms of the balcony doors otherwise room was spotless. Pool was great and a nice temperature. Broken sun bed that needed to be replaced and lots of wasps/bees."
