We called ahead and they changed our room from the 2nd floor (no elevator) to the first floor, which was very handy for moving all our luggage. This was the only hotel that we have stayed in that you could use your key to get in either door...from the hallway and also directly from the outside where our car was parked. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of space for luggage, etc. We really liked the numerous lights...
