"Staff was not knowledgeable about what was required at the check-in and kept blaming Expedia for the goof ups. I arrived late night on the day of my check-in and had some senior citizens with me and they would not let us check-in bcos one of the 5 guests did not have Adhar card with them. "Fantastic experience."

"The staff were not helpful at all, reception doesn't pick calls because the reported number on expedia was wrong. There are charges not included in Expedia and was asked to pay upfront despite showing the booking details. The premium rooms are smaller than the executive despite being higher in price for some reason. There’s no shuttle service provided or nothing closer to find by for commuting to railway or airport."

"Good food Very friendly courteous staff "

"Excellent experience"

The best part is the rooms are like a minute walk from the Kinara dhaba, an excellent restaurant, with great ambiance and a great menu with vast choice of options to select from....
