"Great experience"

"Booked room so me and my granddaughter could go swimming, get to the hotel and the pool is under construction and not accessible! Pancake machine for the supposedly free breakfast was out of order the entire stay, so basically just stayed in the room the entire time except for leaving to get food. I learned a lesson to always call first and see what all amenities are not available prior to booking my room in the future!!!"

"Room had leaking water in the bathroom with black mold growing and dripping from the ceiling. Despite no one showering in the bathroom, the shower and bathroom walls had so much condensation… Staff not able to help at check out due to needing a manager. Breakfast is bare minimum of waffle iron, bagel, toast, cereal, milk."

"Room was spacious & clean. We did have difficulty when we had a plugged toilet for the first day but then staff came & plunged it better than my husband could (he did try & it never overflowed). We didn’t have any hot water for showers but we both took “cool” ones & survived. The hotel had a plumber come out on day 3 because it was a hotel-wide problem. "The room was clean, there was a mini refrigerator and microwave, and everything in the room was in working order. The bedding was super soft and comfortable. They had a free hot continental breakfast which was great. I had scrambled eggs, waffles, and a bowl of cereal which was all very good. The hotel was fairly quiet and parking was easy. The staff was courteous and responsive. My one disappointment was that there was no workout area.... at all. That is what made me knock off a star...
