"Very convenient for South Terminal. Quick and courteous check in. Comfy bed and pillows. Tea and coffee making facilities. Spotlessly clean. Bottled water. Powerful walk in shower. I didn’t use f&b offerings as got something from M&S in terminal. Quick check out."

Good ... when you find the place
"Entrance direct to the North Terminal very convenient ... but it is not clear from the website that you cannot enter from ground level. And signs for the taxi driver were not at all helpful."
