"The location is easy to find and there’s plenty to do nearby. If you’re renting a car, be aware that you can’t drive directly to the hotel due to the very narrow streets. I found a parking lot about a 5-minute walk away, which was still quite convenient. The pool wasn’t very inviting, so we didn’t end up using it. On a positive note, the front desk staff member was very friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke English, which was extremely helpful."

The complex was quite difficult to find even with the provided instructions, we only found it because a local showed us the route. The area has a lot of construction so it is quite loud during the day. The balcony was not used as we had hoped because the drilling was constant all day. Also it would be nice if the balcony had seating. The staff are very quick to respond which was helpful because the toilet did not work when we first arrived. Otherwise it was in a very central location in town and is a beautiful tropical oasis."
