It was a small authentic Mexican Beach Front Hotel that had everything to suit all are needs. The Buffett breakfast's was always good. It had Best Western Standards that provided good economics.

Background noise despite being on the highest floor, was inexplicably high owing to the neighbouring hotel's generator. Putting on the AC increased this noise even further. Friday night traffic was directly emmitted into the room as the windows are poorly insulative. Breakfast included was limited in its vegetarian options and even worse in vegan. My last day, i was left without water to flush the toilet. Despite this i must state, that every single member of staff was responsive, hard-working, friendly and helpful!

Front staff was a bit rude, they didn’t like the fact I booked through Expedia. We didn’t use the amenities but did take a look around. The pool looked nice but nice. With beach front access. Our rooms were ok, beds were decent. They however were not clean. The floors were dirty, bathrooms/showers were dirty. Told the front desk but they kindove jiat shrugged it off. They do make you have a $500 Peso CASH deposit which was not something I’m used to. I did get it back after I check out of the room and they sent someone to go check the room before letting us leave. I don’t know, it was just an uncomfortable visit. They made me feel like I was untrustworthy. It’s a shame, the hotel has potentiom, but I wouldn’t go back just because of how the customer experience was.
