NO air conditioning in restaurants, lobby, hallways. Utter chaos in common areas. Packed lobby, doors held open 24/7. Open hallway windows - no screens or fall protection for kids. Flies on the food inside the restaurants! Food left out on corridors for guest's convenience full of flies. Kids & adults grabbing food with hands, tasting food & putting it back. Same food every day. Dinner reservations offer the same buffet food with 2-4 different dinner plates. No shrimp. 1 guest had food poisoning. Bedbugs in 2 of 3 rooms. Mildew on balcony curtains. Filthy spa. No internet. Broken refrigerator & safe. Excessive wait on elevators and no bell sound, so they were missed. Remote w/ corroded batteries, missing tv remote. No personal log-in to Netflix / Prime. Laundry service returned everything wrinkled. Bathtub/shower dangerously slippery. 1 keyed pool towel per guest, if lost $15 charge. No air-conditioning or cross ventilation in the entertaining building; left open in sweltering humidity. Outdoor bartenders continually ran out of drinks. Outdoor food by pool was swarmed with flies and smoke. Food left by the pool had birds eating it. Tile around a pool area - dangerously slippery. Outside music at night could be heard inside the room. Sheets were dingy, pillows smelled. The employees were great, hard working. Management does not know how to run a 1000+ room hotel. Might have been great when first opened - now rundown. Appears it's all about profit at employees & guests' expense
