Khách sạn Mbare West

"Room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful"

"The resort is serene, peaceful and has a number of activities. However, it is on the southern side of Harare and about 45 minutes away from the CBD. It is a good place for the price but you will spend time and money in getting to the more popular places in Harare."

"Beautiful, green grounds and a spotlessly clean property. The staff were the highlight: warm, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. The location works well too. You're in Kambanji, about 10 minutes from most of the eastern suburbs, so Highland Park, La Parada, Mozambik, Ocean Basket and Upstate are all an easy drive. Mukuvisi Woodlands and the city galleries are close enough for a half day out, and Wild Is Life near the airport is worth the trip...

"The rooms are good size for single traveler, amenities need attention like the towels are old need changing, shower leaks water into the bathroom. Staff very helpful in terms of information."

"The staff were incredibly kind and the food was just perfect, a home cooked meal but the flavor was amazing. We ate there every night! 10/10 would go back!"

"Friendly staff, very helpful, conveniently located within the city centre."

"It is very secure with good parking. A great location. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. the internet failed the last day."

"Owner is available 24/7. Staff Chihera did an exceptional job and is always smiling. Amenities in standard rooms need to be upgraded. Enjoyed the meals and friendly staff. The airport shuttle is awesome! I recommend it highly."

"The rooms were large and totally comfortable and fine but, like most things in Zimbabwe which uses dollars, was very over-priced for what you got. The hotel was fine but I felt it was a mid-range hotel at a high range price."

"The property is clean but old amenities needs renovations"

"My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay at Highlands. The grounds are beautiful. The room was very comfortable as well. The staff is excellent: super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again."
