"The hotel was great. It was clean, the staff was great, and the breakfast was okay. Our only issue was that the bed was on the hard side. We enjoy a softer bed. But if that is the only issue, the hotel gets a very good rating!"

"We always stay here when we are in town ( 4 or 5 times a year). Since they changed to Baymont the only noticeable change was the pump shampoo and body wash in the shower and pump soap and lotion in the sink area
The room was clean quiet and the whole property was kept up.
We didn’t use the pool this time but it looked crystal clear and ready for swimming.
If I had to find something to complain about it would be the bed. It’s a little more firm than I like.
Overall we would definitely...

"The room was very clean. Even with the A/C was off in the room when I checked in, the room smelled great.
The continental breakfast needs help. The honeybuns were stale. The apples were hard and not ripe. There was cereal but no milk.
And the ice machine was out of order."

"This was a business trip. I have stayed at this facility several times before in the last couple of years, when I have to work in this area. This time was pretty unsatisfactory. The biggest problem I came across was the cockroaches. They really have to take care of this issue quickly before they really multiply. Hopefully, they will have this issue taken care of before I have to come back here again in December. We shall see."
