But the fact is you broke the rules and policy of the Hotel and for that my FD agent have informed you and you seemed like you did not wanted to follow policy and you did whatever you wanted to do and which is unacceptable here. You need to keep your ego and attitude aside.

Dear Guest, I apologize for that you missed our breakfast time. It was 6-9 in the morning and there is a big sign on the front desk but you showed up after breakfast hour. and I know it was only 20-25 mins past after 9 but the thing is that we have to go according to rules and timings.

I wanna inform you that we have given a extra heater because if extremely cold so that was an extra heater. again I am sorry for that too but if you wanna come for a property visit to verify whether it’s a rundown or not. Because it’s not a rundown . So I would just suggest that please don’t write anything if you can’t satisfied. People seek the truth and the truth is we are open 24 hours to show you our property.
