Pet friendly. Room was clean but had a very bad musty smell (himidity in the room never goes away so it settles in the carpet). Pool was nice but needed cleaning. Never saw it get cleaned the 3 days we were there.

The staff have been absolutely wonderful and so accommodating - from making sure the shuttle was there to greet me a the airport (after a very delayed late night arrival) to just being overall very friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. And though the building itself could use a little TLC - paint, patching, it was very clean.

Overall everything was wonderful! The staff was so nice and friendly! Breakfast was great! Clean lobby and pool. The only thing that wasn’t so great was the view from my window which was the roof of the lower level of the hotel and it smelled a little like mildew.

My stay was ok. The place has a renovated but still old feel. The swimming pool is too small. There are grills to bbq, and large space for kids to play around with a ball. I would not stay again. It has that clunky a/c feel.

Comfy beds. Clean. Great breakfast. Only drawbacks: Shower water didn’t get warmer past lukewarm on the first morning. The second morning was better. Would be great if there were self-serve coffee and/or water near the lobby area like many other hotels nearby.

Beautiful area in McAllen Texas. Customers in elevator shared their room stank like mold mildew also. I had to be moved to another room, smell was just as bad. Mildew is in the main vents. Got Sick there. Music played past 10pm, didn't stop until 11:30. There were elderly and children who needed to sleep. I had a 4am airport show time. Couldn't sleep because of the Drums in the music downstairs. Terrible. My lungs cleared after I left the Hotel. I had to prop open my door while I slept to get fresh air from the hallway. Amazing. They need to inspect the air ducts. Staff were excellent. Breakfast good. That's about all. I can't recommend Radisson in McAllen.
