"Upon check in our room was excruciatingly hot . Maintenance was kind and helpful Chris brought us two box fans . Our downstairs bathroom smelt of urine, The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it , there was no hot water the three times I tried to shower, the dresser up stairs was sticky including the remote , there were crushed chips in the corner of the room.The front desk staff was notified Patty and Zach.Patty was too busy to talk when I asked to speak with management . "Found a roach in the restroom in the morning. So grossed our"

"We were given a room which was already occupied. Not a huge deal, it happens. But when I went to the front desk to switch it out the worker was nowhere to be found. I tried calling the property, no answer and no answering service. Waited about 30 minutes before the worker returned from somewhere outside. Returned no more than 5 minutes later to request more towels. Worker was again MIA and again came from somewhere outside after an extended period of waiting. Spoke with other guests who...
