I did not receive an apology either time I went to the desk. I was told I will be called. I've stayed here in the past and the grounds were much cleaner. It looks almost closed down with the clutter and trash cans laying down, the curtains do not shut all the way and there's a mirror...

"Great place to stay near Bucknell (note that it is not in walking distance). Front desk person was very kind when we arrived at almost 9 pm after a long day and drive. It was really cold out and their gas fireplace was going and they had fresh-baked cookies. Room was comfy, clean and quiet, especially after a weekend in Philly. "
