"We got to the hotel at 1am and the young man at the front desk was very friendly and very respectful. Made us feel very welcomed.
The breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful with finding and making the pancakes.
I would return and recommend it to anyone who is flying in late."

"The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable and fell far below the standards I would expect from any reputable establishment.
Upon closer inspection of the room, it was apparent that it had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. In addition, the bedding and floors did not appear to have been adequately cleaned, which raised serious concerns regarding hygiene and guest safety.

"Do not take your personal property into the rooms! I left all of our items in my car. If there had been any other options for the night I needed I would have canceled my reservation. As soon as my son and I entered the room I immediately killed the cockroach in the bathroom. The bedding was clean but the ick factor was at an all time high. If I could have made the drive back home and not made it home at 6am I would have. Absolutely disgusting. "

"when we checked in late in the night. the front desk lady asked us if its ok to allow her traineeto help us with the check in process. sure and the trainee did good. well, we had to wait till late afternoon to go to the event so did not want to leave the room too early. we asked first but they told us by noon. I think we actually left half an hour after 12, but no problem. gld they did not kick us out."
