"Wonderful staff. Tried their very best. Clearly management and/or policy issues. Two of the five nights they forgot to clean the room. In the bar area, again wonderful and kind staff, but system issues. Took 30 minutes to get the check, then the check was incorrect as it was for a different table, and then an additional 20 minutes to wait to get the correct check. Breakfast area in the morning had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Restaurant was only half full. Half the table were not cleared, so...

"We stayed here for five nights during the F1. Beautiful apartment, great location, amenities were great such as the rooftop gym, sauna and outdoor space. We'd stay here again!"

"The hotel was overall good. The pool and many other amenities were not available which was very disappointing as that’s a large reason for booking this hotel. The floors in the room were concrete and seemed dirty (my feet were black after walking around for 5 minutes). The staff was nice and the lobby was clean. Happy to have a kitchen in the room. I didn’t realized the bathroom was see through (even the toliet) otherwise I would’ve picked a different place since I was staying with a friend."

"Easy check in late at night and great communication via WhatsApp. The location is excellent to walk everywhere downtown and close to metro yet a block or so removed away from noise and traffic. Didn't try the breakfast nor did we need a car and the parking looks easy via the back. Small kitchen outside our room for water, tea & coffee and there was stove and microwave if needed and also was a small fridge in the room. Good value for the money to stay here during F1 and the Habs game."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location in downtown Montreal. Every single staff member we encountered was kind, helpful and very friendly. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean and have plenty of fluffy towels in the bathroom."

"Room didn’t have a blow dryer (but I asked for one and one was provided). Room also didn’t have an ice bucket. Room itself was clean. The rug by the bed had a rip that we kept tripping on, and the room itself was teeny tiny so no room for our large suitcase. It had to stay on the floor. Cleaning staff was polite and cleaned every day. Pool area was spotless. Restaurant was good food and friendly service. The best part was how close it was to Old Montreal and Downtown. "A bit of a quirky place, with the use of an online check in system, and a somewhat odd brutalistic design of the room. One you’ve figured it out, the entry system works well. Once you accept the concrete on the floor and some walls, what you find is a fully equipped apartment, with a kitchen. Rooms are very big, full couch in addition to the king size bed. Toilet has a separate water closet, but the shower and sink are not private. Make sure you’re sharing with someone you love or at least like....
