"Horrible noise. Party tent just below. Staff just say too bad so sad it’s the city. They need to inform people when booking that it’s very very noisy. They even do maintenance at 11 pm. They charge a premium and have very very poor service."

Very comfortable room, and view was great, would recommend bringing ear plugs, the fire station is beside the hotel and the sirens were quite loud through the night. You have to pay for parking, but it is nice to park indoors. Restaurant and coffee shop on site."

"The service was not to the level we excepted for a Fairfield Marriot. Would not recommend this location given the lack of service and cleaning of rooms. We had to ask for basic things like towels and toilet paper."

"We asked for a quiet room. They gave us one near an elevator and directly across from a train station. One window shade was broken and the clothes hook in the bathroom pulled out of the door when we tried to use it. We paid $500 per night for this room. We planned to stay two nights but checked out after one. As long-time IHG members, we expected some kind of refund for our second night. The hotel management refused to grant us any refund. Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer."

"They neglected to inform us that their entire place was under renovations. No pool, the entire exterior covered in poly. The front staff lady was extremely rude and grumpy the entire time. Will never stay there again."

"I booked last minute during stampede just hoping to get anything. But I was absolutely blown away by both the property itself and the amazing hospitality I was offered by the small family run BnB. She was very welcoming, showed me all around the property and I was able to pick from a couple room options that were still available, and I was welcome to any of the water and the snacks in the kitchen. Check in and check out was super easy and they register your vehicle for parking. I was offered...

"A good clean and affordable property, the AC could use some help as it was struggling with the heat when we stayed and the rooms didn’t get that cold but other than that the hotel was a great spot for any type of stay in Calgary."
