"They require a $25 deposit for booking through hotels.com. Not a big deal, however, the deposit is supposed to be returned upon checkout. This is not the case and they are very slow to return the deposit. Also, the room we stayed in had some minor flaws that were an eyesore regarding upkeep of the room. Not a deal breaker but not worth the hassle either."

"The breakfast was amazing. The pool did have some toilet paper in it in the evening but was cleaned out the next morning and the kids enjoyed the pool after for the rest of the day. As well as me. The hot tub was amazing, and we used the grill too. The cabanas could use a little cleaning on the seats, but still comfy. Room was immaculate.. but we did find a dirty used spoon in my fridge. But overall I’d book there again. Staff was amazing and accommodating "
