"The room was a disaster. Every night at 4:30 am there was noise above us like someone was dropping something heavy on the floor. We called the front desk, they checked and couldn’t figure out what the noise was or where it was coming from. But the crème de le crème was the a/c unit. It would turn on sporadically and every time it did it sounded like an airplane taking off. So loud!!! Worst room ever!"

"My only complaints are these: No pen on or in the desk though there was paper l. Alarm was never turned off by housekeeping so we were awoken very early"
