"The room phone was not working and there were missing buttons on the phone so i could not call the receptionist downstairs and had to keep coming down."

"The property was about what I expect for a last minute booking. The staff was fine, the property was fine and the amenities were fine. What wasn't great was the hair on the beds when we arrived that clearly did not belong to us and the pee smell in the carpet, no doubt from someone's dog who stayed there before since it is a pet friendly hotel. Fortunately I didn't spendmuch time in the room since I was only in town because my son was in the hospital. I would've loved for the room to be cleaner."

"Not what was promised at all, we were looking forward to a nice evening at a hotel that had the amenities they showed on the Expedia website, instead we had to drive to dinner come back and hang around in our room instead of enjoying a comfortable lounge with cocktails, very disappointed, I hope someone makes this right, not worth the 130 dollars we spent, this was just a stop on our trip to Florida "

"This hotel looks recently updated and the room finishings are modern and clean. However, the service did not match the price point. I chose this property specifically for the airport shuttle, but after calling multiple times over 30 minutes, no one answered the phone to dispatch it. I ended up taking a $20 Uber and arrived later than planned. At check-in, the only acknowledgment was a small snack, which didn’t meaningfully address the inconvenience. Service issues continued during the stay. I had to ask for the $15 food credit that was included with my booking, rather than it being proactively applied. Rooms include only one off-brand caffeinated coffee pod (this seemed to be a common complaint among other guests), and when I requested more, it felt reluctant rather than accommodating. I also wasn’t able to charge food to my room despite it appearing as an option on the receipt. If you’re staying one night and only need a clean, updated airport hotel, it may be fine. Just be aware that service responsiveness and follow-through were inconsistent during my visit. Also, as expected for an airport property, you will hear planes taking off and landing."

"Bed was super uncomfortable. The nice bar that is show in the pictures is NOT open. The only reason we stayed at the hotel was it was only a weekend and it was local to coffee shops and restaurants near by that were walking distance. We only stayed here at nights. The hotel also gives you a 6 digit code to use when you get in the elevator to get your floor. And you use it to access the doors that lead to your room. We used it about 4 times just to get from lobby to our room! Parking you pay for just fyi and it’s a small parking lot. The kitchen portion is not located in the rooms. It’s a community kitchen and seemed to be stocked with basic items such as cups and mugs and such. There is a train track right beside it!!!! While we were sleeping we never heard it but just know it’s right there!!! Overall wouldn’t go back honestly. "

"Bed was uncomfortable and hard. Not a nice firm mattress, but worn down from too much use and not support. For a hotel, you have three jobs: comfortable bed, quiet environment to sleep, and clean, hot shower. Got 2 out of 3."
