We had one issue when someone else had a key to our room and didnt knock they just tried to enter but luckily we had the security lock on and when the door hit that they left fast before we could see who was there. "Terrible! Building is under construction inside the elevator and floors in the building were dirty, the bed was so worn down it felt like I was sleeping on the ground. There was a large gap under the door, the hallway lights lit up our room. Also they charge $10 for parking but don’t tell you until after they charge your card for it. "

"The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Loved that each room has its own garage to pull into. Between the amazing bed and jacuzzi tub, this was one of the most relaxing rooms we have stayed in. There is also a large walk in shower in the room. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We will definitely make the drive to come in the future. The only possible improvements I suggest would be flavored creamers for coffee in the morning and maybe fresh fruit in the basket you get for...

"Hotel itself was clean. The pool had broken stairs on the ladder. Informed the front desk and the next morning it was closed so couldn’t use it again on our stay. Paid for breakfast ahead on our stay. Breakfast was decent tasting. Waited for toast to come until after our meal was cold and almost done and the toast was dry and cold with 1 slice which seamed odd."

"Great location, you can walk to restaurants and shops. The elevator was broken, not a huge deal since there are 2 - I didn’t mind the stairs. The only thing I can really say negative was that we didn’t get any cable channels…. I had to log into Netflix with our personal account. The room was clean. The couch was kinda grimy with stains- we didn’t use it. Staff was nice."
