"AC worked well. Fridge didn't work."

"1. Didn't have an elevator (as listed on your website.) 2. Didn't have hot coffee or hot water in the lobby. 3. Didn't have hot water FOR THE BREAKFAST. This ruled out having tea and/or oatmeal. 4. A/C wasn't on in the breakfast room. 5. No fruit for breakfast, only waffles and stale muffins. 5. We were CHARGED MORE than our confirmation amount. 6. Front desk help was useless, her excuse was "it's a third party vendor." Maybe this is why there were only six cars in the parking lot...

"Clerk did not inform us that you needed to use a power switch at the front door to use the TV and we couldn't use the phone system it wouldn't call to the front desk so I had to walk to the front desk to take care of issue. The toilet seat also was broken it wasn't attached on one side and the seat was too big for the toilet"

"Rooms had bugs and had to switch rooms because of the bugs in the first room and the second room the bathroom was disgusting full of hair and the towels were all dirty. Don’t stay here."

"The rooms were decent. But definitely showing wear despite some remodeling. Breakfast was microwave sandwiches and cereal or oatmeal. Rooms were not very insulated for noise. Heard everyone's doors and even walking footsteps down hallways. Made it hard to sleep."

"We chose this hotel on our way through the state because it said there was breakfast. Breakfast was a plastic bag with a bottle of juice and a granola bar inside. The whole building stunk. We got into our room and there was knock at the door from the front desk worker saying he needed to move us because there was a problem woth that room. DO NOT RECOMMEND."
