GOOD: The night desk clerk was friendly and helpful. When the thermostat in our room would only go higher and got stuck at 80 degrees, she came to the room immediately to help. She determined that we needed to change rooms, so, while we re-packed, she returned to the desk and brought us our new keycards. The rooms had more power outlets than I've seen in newer hotels! Great touch for our electronic addicted travelers. BAD: The door to the outside in the stairwell would not close and lock without being pulled closed fully. Without an inner handle, pulling the door closed was difficult. Most guests will assume the door will close on it's own and leave this exterior door unlocked. The chain lock on our door was installed backward. Simply rattling the door will dislodge the chain. The hallway to our first room was hot and smelled strongly of cooking. The food smelled very good! But not what one expects in a decent hotel at 11pm. Both rooms appeared to be spot cleaned - easy to reach surfaces were cleaned off, but under the faucet handles, the corners of the bathroom floors, the shower tracks, and the shelf above the clothes hanging rack were dirty. There were hairs in the shower in our first room and there was a pile of broken glass in the corner of the bathroom in our second room. The outlet beside the sink didn't work. The dining room was dirty with food scattered on the counters and floors and coffee rings on the tables.

The "breakfast" barely existed. For $200 a night, they should provide the guest more than a bowl of cereal, a waffle, some old cereal, and a bottle of juice that a EVERYONE has to share. Bathrooms need to be updated.

There were dirty handprints all over the walls. The continental breakfast was cereal. There were , at times, people standing outside their vehicles at night in the parking lot. There was a very large man that was sleeping in the lobby… snoring very loudly. I think the hotel caters to construction workers. Not recommended for the Germaphobe. Bed was comfortable but coverlet on it was stained with something. Heating for the room was good. Shower was wet.

I can’t believe that the front desk area looks like a paperwork tornado hit it! I don’t know how they can even keep track of anything with the mess that was present. The room was really filthy. I put all the towels that were available down on the floor just to be able to walk barefoot to the toilet and there was no way I was taking a shower in there. The sound from the upstairs is really bad. You can hear everything from the room above you. If there was any other choice near me, I would’ve left, which I did as soon as I woke up in the morning.

McMinnville stay

The AC unit seemed to struggle and when we would turn the temperature down to cool it leaked. The breakfast was poor compared to other hotels. Cleaning people were excellent.

Room was clean but overall hotel site was run down. The front desk was burning incense and the aroma of the room was off putting. They have removed all vending machines and you have to buy snacks and drinks from the front desk and pay cash only and not charge anything to your room either. The pictures of the bathroom lead you on to them being larger and they are very cramped. Definitely will not recommend staying there unless it is the last option. The front desk worker decided to park their van under the front door awning for 2 days in a row blocking anyone from unloading their luggage easily.

I asked the lady at the front desk before leaving to leave clean towels and please remove the potatoes. When I return hours later they didn’t leave towels or remove the potatoes. Conveniently located on the main drag. Breakfast available. Friendly staff. Stayed a whole week so didnt need maid service. Walls were thin so we could hear the next room. Doors slam shut which made the hall somewhat noisy. Room was clean.

There were cockroaches in our room and old furniture sitting in the bushes right outside of our window. Unfortunately, the lobby smelled like stale cigarettes. The saving grace was the beds appeared clean and the pool area was clean. I think the hotel is more for extended stays and low income housing as it appeared to have “residents” living there.
