"Recently remodeled rooms are a disaster. Caulk everywhere in bathtub. Screw holes, random unfinished pieces of metal sticking out. Paint on the cheap door. The elevator doesn’t go to the second floor. The lobby has a giant piece of plywood dividing it. Just an absolute mess."

"The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The price is low enough that we choose to go to an excellent local diner Pippo's on Main Street a short distance away.
The price of the room + the price of an excellent 5hbreakfast is = to or < the total price of other (more expensive hotels)
The ice machines were all out of order but... the value for the price was very good.
We will stay here again in thecfuture"

"We were under the impression that breakfast was to be served - when we asked about the details the hostess looked at us with surpise - Breakfast ?
The "Ranch" is placed quite a bit out of town - Mancos is a sweet town, we wanted to be within walking distance to the restaurant, cidery, brewery, galleries, taco trucks and coffee spots.
Ended up staying at the Mesa Verde Motel - great spot, super owners, great story, right in the middle of it all. The MVM is currently developing a small cafe...
