"This was my second stay at this hotel, mainly because of its convenient location near my friends. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Staff were talking loudly in the hallway outside my room in the morning, disturbing the peace, and there were no slippers provided in the room. Overall, the stay was not pleasant, and I expected better."
