"The staff are amazing, the pool and hot tub were closed the entire time I was there, which is unfortunate because I chose this hotel based on the fact that I thought that there would be a pool and hot tub available. Their breakfast was really gross. The eggs were runny and the meat did not taste like real meat. On top of that, our bed had weird stains on the under sheet. It looked like blood. On top of that a hotel is currently undergoing construction to the outside of the building. My husband...

"This is not a typical hotel, as it has a very hipster feel to it - even a billiards table in the lobby that you can play for free. Breakfast was pretty standard, but I appreciated that there were a lot of condiments to add to both yogurt and oatmeal. I’m not a pancake person, but the pancakes looked good and they were fruit toppings for them. Fitness Center had a good variety of weights and balls, even a Peleton. Provided water bottles on arrival."

"Person in charge was so dismissive, abusive and I would say discriminatory, that I asked him to cancel my reservation; he said he would after being also so kind to offer to call the police “because of my attitude”."

"The staff at this hotel is what made this place great. Front desk check in was super friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff in the morning went out of their way to say good morning. The breakfast was basic, but the lady prepping it was also super nice and making sure the place looked clean and inviting. "

"Got in late and left early, but the place was a perfectly comfortable before a 6am flight. Shuttle starts at 4, and be sure to reserve a seat with the front desk. My 4am shuttle was full. Don't hesitate to book a room -- it's great here. "
