"Had a wonderful staff very friendly. The room was very nice. Well decorated, good choices overall. The only issue I had was every time I reached the fourth floor in the elevator it made so much noise and moved in a weird way that made me feel very unsafe each time. Other than that, it was great. I would have given it five stars, but the elevator needs servicing"

"Once again, our stay was perfect. The one bedroom with kitchen suite was comfortable and spacious. Worth the extra expense to have separate living/kitchen and bedroom areas. The bed was heavenly. Being across from the medical center helped a lot, too. Make sure you go to breakfast early to get all the items."

"I’m a big fan of Holiday Inns. They make up about 1/4 of my hotel stays. And I travel almost every week.
This hotel is fine, everything was clean and worked good. However, there was no “ In Room” Keurig coffee machine like I have come to expect at every other Holiday Inn I go to.
But my pet peeve is that you are forced to go on a website separate from the hotel to pay for parking. The hotel has my credit card already.
I don’t like having to give my card info to someone else when I’ve given it...

There was guys there for the Denver football game drinking and having a good time yelling, I asked to be on a Wing that wouldn't have that and they couldn't accommodate me."

"Terrible customer service from the young man at the front desk when I checked in at 4:30 pm on a friday. The room he gave me had a mini-fridge that did not work. This was a one week stay and i needed a fridge for a few groceries. He switched me to a different room - it was 82 degrees inside it and the A/C was broken. Now one hour in and still not unpacked, he had no solution other than to pick one of the rooms "and we will have maintenance see what they can tomorrow". I mentioned the obvious...
