"first, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful and courteous. The hot breakfast was first class. Everything was very clean. Our room had coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. but the lunch counter in our room had high top chairs , which is fine with young people, not so great with us oldsters. For a hotel that is only 10 or so years old, there were no USB outlets, and only one side of the bed had a nightstand. But these are minor point. Very enjoyable stay and we highly recommend the...

"The only negative was we booked the room with a hot tub. Which was extra and it was not made available to us. There was 7” of snow on top of the cover and the tub itself was iced all around it, so would not be able to remove the cover. It should have been checked before our arrival to make sure it was able to be used. A disappointment for sure."

"The room was discusting, dirty sheets and towels, tub was filthy and I walked on the floor in my bare feet and my feet turned black. The owner charged me $30 per night extra for my dog, not mentioned anywhere on the web site and $15 for "incidentals" whatever that means."
