"The price was right & it had a 10 point rating. Unfortunately, it did not live up to that. The place looked good as we arrived & the woman who checked me in was very nice. The room was another story. The room itself was not the cleanest. The floors were gritty & sticky. Not having hot water in the bathroom sink didn't help matters either. Mattress wasn't comfortable. "The bedding seemed clean. The partially-assembled light fixtures in the room had grime and grunge all around them. Some of the guests were homeless people that were being housed there. The shower/tub in our room worked, but it looked and smelled disgusting. And the carbohydrate-only breakfast was edible. The breakfast area was a bit of a wreck. We would say the price was a tad bit high for the conditions."
