"Clean and great staff. The building is like traveling back to the 1950s. It sure could use a face-lift in the rooms. I just heard it was sold. Perhaps the new owners will bring it up to today's decore. But I said it was clean and it was spotless. The age just didn't sit well with us."

"We stayed at Coast Capri for the May long weekend with our soccer team for a tournament. The rooms were clean, and well-kept. The staff were kind, helpful and courteous. The hotel amenities were awesome and met every expectation that a crew of 11 year olds could ask for. We brought out Yorkie along and he loved it so much as well! The hotel is in a very convenient area with a Starbucks and groceries nearby. It was also very close to the soccer fields. We would 100% come back and stay here...

Pool , gym , guest laundry , breakfast was never provided… when i booked this hotel everything was on the posting and when i questioned the staff and asked him why they were telling it on expedia about anemities and upon checking we got to knew it was under renovation and he said he will call the boss and boss was out of town and literally didn’t do anything about it ….. Such a fake and terrible service"

"Harleen at the front desk is amazing! Due to circumstances I needed to leave early. She was so amazing to deal with getting a refund and cancelling my second night. Now, the hotel was clean but the area is not very desirable. Homeless and drug addicts right out front. You couldn’t walk down the side walk with groups cooking drugs, smoking hard drugs or shooting up. Fentanyl addicts everywhere. I felt very unsafe. Couldn’t even walk to dinner across the street. Kelowna needs to do better. I...

"I had a great stay. Parking was good. Breakfast for me is usually waffles and coffee, and both were in abundance. I’ll book here again soon."

"The space was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was lots of parking. We didn’t use the kitchenette but it looked pretty well stocked. They had a locker for our bikes which was handy. We never went to the pool so we can’t comment on that. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very basic - cereal, toast, coffee, there may have been juice but we didn’t look for it, apples. We prefer a heartier breakfast so we went to a restaurant. The only downside for...

"The hotel location is great. Basically 1960s style motel build around the pool. Lots of noise until pool closes at 10 pm. Towels and maid service are good. Room we were in was dated. Mattress wasn’t the best. Parking was tight for are pick up truck."

"Servers seemed unobservant and inattentive during breakfast and evenings in the lounge. We waited quite a bit of time for a menu, drinks and refills. Sat at the bar and the workers at the bar were great. Disappointing the boardwalk was closed. We had to change rooms the first night due to a water system issue, it sucked but things do happen. Our Room with a view of the lake was nice, the railings are starting to show their age and a glass railing would be a nice improvement."
