"Only one night. Everything was in good condition bc except no hot tub. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Convenient location."

"We were in area for three days exploring. Awesome facility. Great staff! Restaurant staff were exceptional. Friendly, timely and professional. Breakfast area and food were outstanding. Spacious room with balcony and beautiful bathroom. Nice size pool and hot tub. Location was perfect. Outside Spokane traffic but close enough. Airport is a short distance. Lots of great shopping. Will stay again."

"No in room AC. Amenities are spade and no linen service for my 3 day stay. Parking was gobbled up with several large commercial and recreational vehicles parking across spaces, so I had to park in a parking lot of another business with luggage was a challenge. Pillows were awful but bed was comfortable. Somewhat noisy with highway traffic so hard to sleep with window open for air circulation. Staff was friendly but hard to find."

"Absolutely beautiful location! Staff were so friendly. Hotel is in need of an update but stay was quiet and clean and you can not beat the location on the lake. Will definitely stay here again."

"Apparently the fridge in the room wasn’t working because in the morning the food we had put in there was spoiled. I attempted to contact on 3 separate occasions explaining the issue. Two times the manager wasn’t in and I was told to call back (mind you, the manager should have called me back, not expect me to call). The third time I was placed on hold for the manager for FIFTEEN minutes, and then the call was ended. I am done wasting my time trying to call again to get some sort of compensation...

"We got what we needed out of our stay there was a few things that could have been better, but in all it was a okay stay."

"Rooms are in major need of a renovation. Bathroom was falling apart sheets were ripped and stained. When I took a shower in the morning, the body wash is empty. There was two bottles of conditioner instead of a bottle of shampoo and conditioner. The ice bucket was filthy. I told the front desk about the issues and nothing was done about it. I had to call back for them to actually take care of it. There’s no communication for breakfast time changing when we originally got there they said...

"Stay far away from this motel smells really bad in there. The moment we laid down we all started to inch super bad doesn’t seem like they washed the blankets or cleaned out the room. Save your money I had to get a refund and they refused to give me one stated that I have been there more then 15 minutes even tho we didn’t. Manger and boyfriend are the ones in charge looks like both was on some type of drugs."
