"The staff members at the breakfast area was very rude and unprofessional. They was complaining to the customers about not shutting the lids on the eggs and sausage. She mumbled under her breath, went to the kitchen and started telling the other staff she wasn't cooking. No more sausage for these people that can't even do what she tells us to do. I stopped and confronted her. She said she had all the right to complain about the people that was not listening to her. I told her she did not have...

"Cleaning needs improvement, but otherwise nice staff and a quiet place to rest while traveling."

"All good"

"The basics of the motel were covered, but the AC unit in the room was stuck on "constant fan" all night, and cranking up the heat didn't seem to change the temperature of the blowing air. Also, the Direct TV service was weak, causing lots of buffering issues while watching television, and the WiFi connection was spotty and weak, making it difficult to work effectively. I understand it's a budget hotel, but there are some minimum basics that should be handled and covered."

"The staff was very helpful and courteous from the time I checked in, to the time I checked out. It is very conveniently located to downtown. "Gorgeous property and room with a great tub! Beds were comfortable but small. It took 10-15 minutes after arrival for the front desk staff to acknowledge our presence. There were 3 employees present at the time. One of the front desk employees was so awfully rude to another employee that was working outdoors-so much so that we were actually offended. We will stay again because we loved the property so much."

"Room was a good value. Mix up at check in so ended up with 2 beds instead of a king. Staff was friendly. Pool was closed. Killed one roach but all hotels have some running around."

"Everything was perfect! Staff were top tier with customer service, rooms were very clean and comfortable, and food was delicious!"

"Debra was amazing and so kind . Debra new my husband was in hospital and gave me an end room where i could rest . The breakfast bar was delicious and good"
