"Incredibly unique experience and exactly as expected! Facilities are warm and well cleaned and maintained. Because Kiruna was too warm, the hotel was actually melting when we arrived and so we got a free upgrade to Ice Hotel 365 which was very nice of them. "Es war unser zweiter Besuch im Nova Skyland Hotel. Wir finden die Zimmer wunderschön und fühlen uns dort sehr wohl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück gefällt uns sehr gut. Abends im Restaurant ist der Service hervorragend. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Weihnachtsmanndorf ist natürlich sehr praktisch, besonders mit Kindern. Dieses Mal konnten wir sogar die Polarlichter bewundern. Rundum war es wieder ein gelungener Urlaub. Wr kommen ganz bestimmt wieder."
