"Booked a 3 night stay, everything was good up until we walked into our room. The room wasn’t cleaned properly or maybe even at all. Bed linens, pillow cases, sheets and duvets were stained and dirty. Cupboards and cabinets were sticky inside and out. found numerous pieces of garbage spread around the room. Toilet paper roll was not changed out and there was feces left on it by the last guest (luckily I noticed it before I went and grabbed toilet paper). The bathroom was not restocked, so there were no towels."
