The bed is comfortable and worm. The shower is electric shower, but works surprisingly well.
The wifi is fast and steady.
The host is very friendly.

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly, Cecilia helped me to book different tours. I lost my card earlier and couldn’t withdraw cash so she also helped me set up a payment where I could pay with a link online and receive cash without which my trip would’ve been a disaster.

"It's in a relatively quiet and safe neighbourhood with good dining options. A Teleferico station is nearby which provides a convenient transport to the city. While my room had good views and was clean enough for an overnight stay, the hotel was in an urgent need for upgrade. In the entrance and corridors, the hotel had an unexplained and unpleasant odour. I didn't choose to stay for more nights."
