"It used to be a well maintained and clean hotel but not anymore, I booked a suite , the rooms weren't clean at all, most of the stuff in the room are broken, like the shower handle, the lamp near my bed that once I turn it on it starts flickering because of a short circuit, which I was scared about since it's connected to the bed,
as for room service, the first day they didn't clean my room, after telling the manager they did send to clean the next day, then the day after also no one came and...

"The room was very small, which made our stay a bit challenging, especially with my 87-year-old mom. The breakfast quality was good, but the dining area was often overcrowded. We also had no control over the room temperature (to make it cold), and it was sometimes uncomfortably hot. It got better when the weather cooled down. Additionally, we were without water for about 16 hours due to flooding, which made the overall experience less pleasant.
However, I have to mention that the staff and...

"The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the roof top bar is special. The staff were so lovely and friendly: we have stayed in many hotels and this was the best service we’ve ever received. We travelled with our baby and my mother and they were so considerate of both. We had a little incident which ended up in hospital - but they made us feel safe and were great in an emergency. I would definitely recommend."

"The room was clean but run down. We were surprised to have two single beds as we had booked as a couple. The air-conditioning vent was very loud so we asked for a different room that was both quieter and with one bed but were told that because we were only there for one night it wasn't possible to change - deapite having just checked in. I asked for an airport pickup (they advertise 24/7) but was told they had nothing available at the time I requested and we should just get a taxi. Overall check...

"We found the hotel to be luxurious and very clean.
However the big downfall for us was the very busy, noisy traffic on the road at the front of the hotel. Unfortunately our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the window closed you could hear the traffic noise day and throughout the night. It made it very difficult to relax and we had constant disrupted sleep at night.
In hindsight we should have requested to change rooms to the back of the hotel but we had unpacked and settled...
