"Upon arrival the reception staff were very helpful, supported us with where to park which is a chargeable car park nearby. The room was not ready as we arrived early, we were expecting a call to confirm when it was ready, that didn’t come, and we eventually went to check back at reception at 5 and managed to get into our room at this time. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Great room facilities. The downside was the pool area and changing rooms both inside and out, these are not to 5*...

"Lovely property! The apartment was clean, modern, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Our family needed two bedrooms and this was perfect. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is excellent — safe (right near the National Assembly), close to the tram and bus, not far from major sights, walking distance from lovely cafes, markets, and squares. The area has a local/residential feel."
