"Staff was helpful & very courteous. Rooms needed some updating, all the wooden surfaces were worn & chipping, metal surfaces were rusty. There was a clump of hair left behind on the bathroom floor. Bed was comfortable, morning breakfast was very good."

"I like the friendly services and the uniqueness of the room although it is small but very cozy for me and my friend. Our sink was blocked, but the the worker repaired it very fast. Thanks Kama Hotel, definitely will stay here if visiting Medan again!"
