I had an absolutely amazing stay at The Click Clack Hotel Medellín. The décor is breathtaking, modern, artistic, and thoughtfully designed down to every detail. The service was truly out of this world. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and made the experience feel special. The location is also perfect, close to everything, yet still feels like a stylish escape. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín.

Everything is phenomenal with this hotel. The staff is excellent, the service superb. I had an air conditioning issue that was completely handled within 20 minutes of reporting it and they even gave me a meal credit for the inconvenience. The location is great and this will be my new hotel to stay at when visiting Medellín.

We loved our experience at the Click Clack! The breakfast was spectacular! Very fresh healthy options along with a wide selection. The rooms are not large but efficient and very clean. If music bothers you I recommend staying on a lower floor or in the opposite building as the rooftop club. It didn’t bother me however it did someone I was traveling with. The staff quickly helped remedy their room situation.

The staff at the Click Clack Hotel Wawa excellent. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel has a cool steampunk/industrial vibe, which sets it apart from other places. The 4 restaurants on site were all fantastic and, I would argue were relatively cost effective.
