"Staff are excellent.
Filipino breakfast is delicious. Coffee was very good.
Across the hotel are some local food place with grilled barbecue.
The property is relatively new.
The room layout is good even though small.
The problem is that this property management is cost cutting to the bones. As a result, the hallway is very hot. They will give you one card to enter the room. Same card has to be inserted to activate the room’s electrical power. So when you leave, the room can’t stay air...

"The staff confirmed a pickup from the port 2 days prior but day of arrival, no pickup ever came. At check-in the desk clerk offered zero apology for the shuttle failure. Asked for a $2K peso deposit that was no where in the property instructions prior to booking.
The room key was on a long wooden plank, its 2026, time to upgrade.
The room aircon was small and didn't work great. The towels felt like sandpaper and the water smelt like sewage. The pillows were flat and hard like the...

"The property is under renovation and was not informed from the website. So it was very dusty even inside the room. The staff is very helpful, friendly and attentive. I requested to re clean the toilet as it was not properly cleaned and someone did came and clean it. Over all it is a lovely place when renovation is done. We had a good time. We did not swim on the beach though as it was low tide."
