My flight was delayed and i arrived at the hotel after 3 am in morning. The first thing the employee asked was how many person will be in the room. I said i paid for two persons. If you don't provide their contact information now, you will have pay another 50% of the room cost when they arrived. I said look i will give you the information in morning. I hada long day at then went directly to the airport. And my flight was delayed and i was very exhausted. She kept on arguing with me. I said i will give you the information in the morning. When she realized that i was adamant i needed my room she reluctantly gave me the key. The purpose of trip was to visit my daughter who is now 1.5 years old for Christmas. I bought many things including clothes. The grandmother and her aunt brought her. When they told they are not allowed to visit my room. I said i have clothes for daughter which she needs to try on. So i can know the right size to buy next time. No you cant bring anyone to your room. I said i paid for two persons let either the grandmother or aunt come. No! You cant!. I said i need to speak with the manager. No you can't! I said about ten times i need to speak with the manager before he reluctantly called the manager on the phohe and spoke with him in Spanish for about five minutes. The manager came, saying it's against company policy. I said i came here to visit my child all the way from usa and you see telling me that my daughter or not even her grandmother
