The personal are pending for bringing me good service, Excellent customer service, very delicious breakfast in overall good cleaning but the shower needs more attention, same on the taller areas in the closet.

The bathroom in special the shower and toilet was a dirty, the last morning when my wife leave the hotel, someone try to going inside the room, at 5;45 am, I think trying to steal some stuff. Very unsatisfactory stay and the last time I’m booked on this place.

Reserve este hospedaje para mi papá que tuvo una cirugia en un hospital cercano, muy claro en la reserva dice DESAYUNO BUFET INCLUIDO, cuando mi madre fue a preguntar donde se servia el desayuno los empleados muy groseros le respondiendor que el hotel les hacia un favor con una cortesia del hotel que no habia ningun desayuno bufet y que si queria podia consimir o no hacerlo. Si no van a ofrecer un servicio real no lo pongan o digan que es caridad o favor, porque por estas cosas que parecen regaladas segun ustedes tambien se paga. No volveremos

Ni muy muy, ni tan tan
A pesar de hacer reserva con 8 dias de anterioridad, la habitación asignada no fue la solicitada, sin ventana, mucho menos vista a la ciudad, sin wifi, sin mini bar, solo jabón de de hotel, más que hotel tenia ambiente a motel, por su distribución, decoracion y muebleria. El precio reservado no incluye el IVA
