"My family and I were not at all satisfied with our stay. Actually, we ended up checking out early. There was a bedbug on one of the beds. We killed it, took a picture of it, and reported it to the front desk. While turning up the sheets to see if there were any more bedbugs, we noticed that our mattresses did not have mattress covers. How disgusting. We needed extra pillows, and it took two hours and four calls to receive those pillows.
We will never stay there again. And someone needs to...

"Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. "Super convenient to BWI. Hotel room was a little run down, but nothing that was terrible. Breakfast was à la carte and wasn’t anything to write home about if you anre expecting a quick hot breakfast before you fly out. I asked guest services when we got there what time breakfast was and she said 7a-10a. Maybe I missed where it was? At any rate, parking was easy, room was clean, pillows were fluffed. Would I stay there again? Probably. "
